Shipping Times

Most orders received by 1pm EST Monday - Friday ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping methods vary between carriers and we will select the best one (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to fulfill your order. Some Items are shipped directly from a manufacturing facility and may take longer. But don’t worry, we will email you an estimated ETA shortly after checkout.

Most equipment ships from the manufacturing facility located across the US and Canada and they may need some time to put the finishing touches on your order. Some equipment items like furniture, tables with non-standard upholstery colors, etc. are special order and can incur longer lead times. But don’t worry, we will email you an estimated ETA shortly after checkout.

If an expedited option is available it will be provided to you at checkout. It is our goal to turn expedited orders around quickly, however, processing times may be a limiting factor and the shipping time quoted is in addition to the processing time. Most orders received by 1 pm EST Monday - Friday ship within 24-48 hours. If there is a specific need for products by a certain time, please contact us via chat, text, or call and we will get back to you ASAP and do whatever we can to help you.

If your item is not eligible for air shipment due to Department of Transportation regulations, we will inform you right away.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a confirmation number and a link to your order details. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We encourage you to create a login, as your tracking information will be listed in your account. However, the email confirmation link will always allow you to access order details. If your order includes several items, it is possible that they may ship separately and at different times.  It is best to check your order status via the confirmation link or your account login to see the tracking information for all  items on your order. If you have questions, please contact us.

Please see our Refunds & Returns policy for more information.  Once an order has been submitted it is unlikely we will be able to make changes, please contact us right away to change or cancel an order and we will let you know what if anything can be done.

Some items require the proof of a professional or medical license number. If it is your first order for a product, this field is mandatory and the order will not be processed if it is not populated accurately.

Generally speaking, most items are in stock if they are available for sale. Equipment and furniture may carry a greater lead time. If any items on your order have a longer lead-time, we will contact you to review your options.

We only ship to valid physical street addresses.

Some items on the website are available for shipment to Canada. We also may be able to ship items to other countries. For questions regarding international orders, please contact us.

We authorize and settle the total order balance at the time the order is placed.

You may see a pending charge and a settlement charge. The pending charge will typically clear in 1-2 business days. If you come across any issues past that timeframe, please contact us.
